The exhibition room is hired on a monthly basis – artists have a calendar month to put up, exhibit and take down their exhibition. There are months this year (2010) that are available for hire. The room is on the first floor of the library and is accessible via the stairs or by a lift which is suitable for wheelchair users. The room is also used for meetings, so there are times during the month when the exhibition is not available to visitors, The display case is not permanent, but can be obtained for exhibitions if needed.
