Assistive Technology is changing...

A joint Assistive Technology programme between Worcestershire County Council and NHS Worcestershire has been launched to change the way people can live at home more independently and safely.

Currently, the Worcestershire Telecare service provided by Adult Social Care helps to promote independent living for older people with long term health conditions. The new joint programme builds on this strong foundation to not only offer Telecare services, but also Telehealth and Telecoaching services to help people monitor and manage their long term health conditions at home.
