Warmer Worcestershire

The Warmer Worcestershire project is aimed at reducing carbon emissions in the county by increasing energy efficiency in homes and businesses, particularly where high levels of heat loss are identified.  The project aims to encourage residents to insulate their homes in order to save money, reduce carbon emissions and ensure good health.  

Consumer Relations

The Consumer Relations Unit is responsible for managing all types of representations (comments, compliments and complaints) about County Council services, including statutory Social Care Services functions.

Emergency Planning

As a Category 1 Responder, Worcestershire County Council plays a critical role in any emergency response. 

Marketing & Communications

The County Council's Press Office consists of three officers dedicated to responding to media enquiries and providing the media with up-to-date and relevant media releases to keep people informed about the services that affect them.
