Consumer Relations Service

Consumer Relations is responsible for managing
all types of representations (comments, compliments and complaints)
about County Council services, including statutory Social Care
Services functions.
The Consumer Relations Unit:-
- Monitors all
representations;
- Independently investigates
complaints;
- Produces reports with
recommendations for improving services;
- Provides statistical data and
analysis for all Directors;
- Advises and assists in staff
training on complaints handling.
