Drug and Alcohol Action team logoMerciaNet South runs courses in Worcestershire, which are for professionals or volunteers working in Worcestershire with young people and adults.

MerciaNet moved from County Hall at the end of January 2013 and is now based at Worcestershire County Council, Learning and Development Centre, Tolladine Road, Worcester WR4 9NB

Free Courses

The following courses are available free to professionals and volunteers working in Worcestershire. People out of the county are able to access these courses for a fee of £75 per person per day:

MerciaNet Specialist Training Calendar


Welcome to our newly devised specialist Training Calendar.  It has been developed to complement the existing MerciaNet Training programme, but includes more intervention based courses, which have been designed for practitioners contracted to work with drug and alcohol dependence.

If you or one of your colleagues would like to attend one of the courses please complete an a booking form (see above) and return to email address mercianetadmin@worcestershire.gov.uk.

These courses are delivered free of charge to organisations in Worcestershire.  For delegates who wish to attend outside of the Worcestershire area there will be a charge of £75.00 per delegate per day.  Please use a paid booking form in these cases.
