The aim of this site is to provide simple and accessible information which will help mothers-to-be and their partners to have a healthy and fulfilling pregnancy. This DVD has been produced in partnership with our Health Professionals and it’s intended to ensure that every child has a healthy start in life. We hope you find it useful.

If you are expecting a baby or are in your first early days at home with a new baby this site is for you! It is split into three sections for you to view at different times depending on what stage you're at in your pregnancy.

Part One Pregnancy 

• Basic information and advice for a  healthy and fulfilling pregnancy.
• Services available to you in the region via the Sure Start Children's Centres.
