Children's Services (ChS)
Children's Services was established
under the Children Act (2004) to provide strategic leadership on
partnership co-operation. We aim to improve the
well-being of children and young people in
Worcestershire through the five nationally adopted
outcomes: that young people are healthy, safe, achieving, can make
a positive contribution, and can achieve economic well-being.
The Directorate combines the previous
Education Services, the children's social care element and
what was Social Services.
About Us
