Worcestershire County Council Performance
In our Corporate Plan, "Worcestershire: Fit for the
Future", the Council made a clear commitment to
be accountable to the residents we serve. We are doing
this by informing communities about how we are performing.
From consultation with residents we
know there is a particular interest in how we spend public
money and how effectively we perform against our key priorities.
Here we set out how the Council's budget is used, and progressing
against the key areas of focus in the Corporate Plan.
Our approach and the position with performance is
discussed below by our Leader, Councillor Adrian Hardman and
Chief Executive, Trish Haines.
