Worcestershire Care Services Directory
The Care Services Directory provides valuable
information for anyone who may need help and support either through
a period of illness, or because of frailty of age or an enduring
illness. Importantly the information provided within the Directory
covers a range of services from advocacy through to residential and
nursing homes.
The Directory includes information on the importance of having
your needs assessed, both as a user of services and as a carer. It
will also give you information about how, if you are eligible, you
can access services provided by Adult Services and Health. The
Directory also provides valuable information about day
opportunities, Direct Payments, Telecare, and paying for your
residential/nursing home.
Visit the Care Choices website if you are
looking for information about available care options or you wish to
