This site has been developed to help providers keep abreast of
what is relevant to them within the County Council.
We are seeking your questions to develop an online questions and
answers page which will be implemented in the near future. If you
have a question you would like answered please email the
Contracts Team mailbox.
Your question will be responded to within 1 working day and an
answer provided within 28 days.
Worcestershire Domiciliary Care Providers Forum
Forums are held on a quarterly basis for domiciliary care
providers who hold a Preferred Provider or Spot contract with
Worcestershire County Council.
Monitoring Process
The County Council aims to monitor all contracted domiciliary
care providers annually. This will involve either a full monitoring
exercise (site audit, service user visits and staff feedback) or an
annual monitoring review (site audit). Please click on the
