Special Educational Needs (SEN)

work. The information is in the process of being updated and
re-written, to reflect the new structure and working practices
within Children’s Services.
Who are we?
Special Educational Needs Service carry
out the statutory elements of the SEN process in line with the SEN
Code of Practice.

Our Partners
SEN Services work closely with other teams within Children's
Services, including Educational Psychology, Behaviour Support,
Education Welfare, ISL, Additional Learning Needs, Social Care
teams, Worcestershire Specialist Children's Service, Portage, Early
Years.
We also work closely with Parent Partnership on the
publication of guidance for parents on many aspects of SEN.
