View of the Parents
Gaining the views of parents
Seeking parents' perceptions about the support provided for
their child by the setting or school can be very helpful in
informing practice.
View and download a 'Parent
Questionnaire' (PDF 52 KB) which is intended to be used
for this purpose and to give parents the opportunity to raise any
concerns they may have about their child's needs and the provision
that is being made for them. This can help to inform what might be
done to improve provision. It could also be used as a measure of
impact if redone at a later date.
