Worcestershire Youth Music

Worcestershire Youth Music has been in existence within the Local Authority for over fifty years and has an established reputation for the high quality of its tuition and performance activities.

Opportunities for instrumental and vocal tuition are available in schools and music centres throughout the County.  We also provide a wide range of high quality ensemble opportunities at Area or County Level, as well as running trips, courses, concerts and taking part in regional and national competitions.

County Groups and Ensembles

After gaining confidence and experience by playing in an Area Music Centre ensemble or orchestra, pupils are offered the opportunity to join one of our renowned County Ensembles.  Find out more about the different groups and ensembles.
