The Worcestershire Hub Online site has been delivered through partnership working by Worcestershire's 6 Districts and County Council.
Here are some tips to help you find your way around the site:
Our site contains a lot of information and it can sometimes be difficult to know where to start. We have tried to organise the information on our site so that you can find what you want as quickly and as easily as possible.
There are several ways to find the information you are interested in:
Menus: Use the menus at the top and left-hand side of each page to look for information by topic.
Quick links: There are a number of useful links at the top of each page which link directly to key areas of the website, including the home page, and our jobs section.
A to Z: The A to Z is a comprehensive list of topics and services provided by the council, in alphabetical order. Look under "R" for Recycling, for instance.
Search: The search facility will search the whole site for you using the keywords you type into the search box, which can be found at the top right of each page. If you wish to narrow down your search, use our Advanced Search option.
If you have any difficulty finding the information you require please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
You can navigate through the site using the links on the main menu bar of each page to move between sections. All the links within each section are listed on the left-hand side of the page. You can get back to the home page by using the "Home" link top left on each page.
The main sections of the site are:
New and updated pages are listed on our What’s New page.
We endeavour to make sure that the information on our site is kept up-to-date. If you scroll to the bottom of each page you can see when the page was last updated. If you wish to view the site without graphics, use the Text Only link in the top left-hand corner of each page. Use the Text and Graphics link to display images once again.
If you wish to alter the font size, (if you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer) from the menu at the top of your screen select View, then Text Size, and choose the size at which you would like to display the text. If you are using another type of browser the procedure may be slightly different - please use your browser's Help button for information.
Access keys are also available as an alternative form of navigation and are supported in most browsers.
You can 'bookmark' a page so that you can easily find it again at another time.
To do this in Microsoft Internet Explorer select Favourites from the menu bar at the top of your screen, then Add to Favourites.
To do this in Netscape select Bookmarks then Add Bookmarks.
Other browsers may require a slightly different procedure - use the browser's Help button to find out more.
