Paying On-line with Worcestershire Record Office

Worcestershire Record Office has started a pilot scheme offering people the chance to pay for certain items over the internet with their credit cards.  Currently you can use the service for:

• Buying items from our online shop
• Ordering print-outs from microfilms of parish registers, wills and census
• Ordering digitised images and documents

The nature of some of these services means that we may need to check availability and copyright permissions before we can proceed. Once you have placed your order, there will be a short delay while we check whether what you want is available and then let you know whether or not you can go ahead with the order. Orders will then be dispatched.

To use this facility, you will need to register and log-in with ‘My Personal Hub’, on the right-hand side of the page. This will ensure that your shopping basket details are saved for your next visit.

This is a new service, in response to requests from customers. We are very excited about being able to provide these services online so we are starting this as a trial. Please bear with us as we develop this. As this service is new, the charges made to cover Postage & Packing will be reviewed in a few months' time and may be revised.
