Recycling reduced the amount of rubbish sent to landfill You can recycle at your local Household Waste Site Composting is a great way of recycling garden waste Working to keep our environment safe The Waste Management Unit is split into three inter-related teams. The Contracts Management Team are responsible for overseeing the contract to dispose of all Household Waste generated in Worcestershire, including the running of Household Waste Sites. The Waste Minimisation Team promotes recycling, reuse and waste minimisation initiatives such as home composting. The Pollution Control Team monitors and maintains old council-owned landfill sites around the county.
