Worcestershire County Council's Heritage Services are:
| Hartlebury Museum Responsible for collecting, conserving and making available the material evidence of Worcestershire's past through our permanent exhibition at Hartlebury Museum, our mobile 'Museum on the Move' and a well developed schools outreach programme. |
| Historic Environment and Archaeology Service Responsible for providing and maintaining information on the management and protection of the historic environment (archaeology, historic buildings and landscapes). We undertake strategic research and carry out fieldwork on sites prior to development. |
| Record Office Responsible for managing, conserving and providing access to the collective memory of Worcestershire, through our three sites at County Hall and in central Worcester. We undertake a range of outreach work with schools, run evening classes and community projects. |
| Arts Service Responsible for the management of the arts development programmes and distribution of Grants to the Arts schemes, which provide financial support to arts companies and community groups for the development of art and cultural activities. |
