Do you need advice about funding for a partnership project?  The Worcestershire Partnership Funding Desk is a dedicated resource committed to providing organisations in the county with relevant, accurate and useful infpormation on UK and EW external funding streams.  You can search over 7,700 grants for free by visiting  www.worcestershirepartnership.org.uk and clicking on the funding logo.

Every year the Big Lottery Fund gives out millions of pounds from the National Lottery to good causes. The money goes to community groups and to projects that improve health, education and the environment.

Worcestershire Infrastructure Consortium

Worcestershire Infrastructure Consortium (WIC) was formed in 2003 in response to the government's ChangeUp Agenda - a government programme that has been set up to improve the support and assistance that is available to voluntary organisations and community groups nation-wide. WIC is made up of voluntary organisations in the county that offer some or all of the following services:

  • Start up and development support
  • Information, advice and assistance
  • Advocacy and representation
  • Partnership building and brokerage
  • Policy research.

National Council of Voluntary Organisations

NCVO  has several specialist teams who provide information, advice and support to others working in or with the voluntary sector. These teams produce publications, briefing papers and guidance notes; run conferences and seminars; and offer a range of practitioner forums.
