Welcome to Worcestershire’s Children’s Services Anti-Bullying website
Children’s Services’ Anti-Bullying policy was launched at County Hall in October 2006. Since then, a range of activities and initiatives to support the policy have been put into place. Anti-Bullying work in Worcestershire is currently the subject of Scrutiny by elected members. Pending the outcome of Scrutiny and of the Worcestershire County Council Joint Annual Review inspection, the policy will be reviewed and updated.
Next Steps is under development…. Worcestershire County Council is developing an anti-bullying website for children, young people and their families to get support with tackling bullying. The website is called Next Steps and will include a place for children of all ages, and their parents or carers, to report any incidents of bullying. Next Steps is due to be available for everyone to use from the end of September 2009. |
