The centre is located within a 39-hectare site which includes 17 hectares of ancient woodland and a field of 11 hectares which was planted to re-create mixed broadleaf woodland, meadows and other habitates. Bishops Wood is recognised nationally and internationally for its work in environmental and sustainability education with schools and for its training courses. |
Due to the nature of our educational work, regrettably, the Centre is not open to the general public except on our Open Days.
If you would like to visit the Centre with a view to accessing our services, please phone 01299 250513 to arrange an appointment.
Please note that NO DOGS (except guide dogs) are allowed anywhere on site.
