flexiLINK is a new type of bus service that responds directly to your needs within your local area.
In some cases flexiLINK operates to provide supplementary journeys to conventional bus routes, in others flexiLINK can connect with conventional bus routes, (see list of routes below).
The service is provided by modern, comfortable, easy to use buses with friendly, fully trained drivers and is inexpensive and extremely reliable.
You simply telephone the flexiLINK booking line (on 08456 077 077 between 07-00 and 17-00, Monday to Friday).
The bus will be directed to pick you up from an arranged point close to home.
Friendly, efficient staff take all calls personally.
The flexiLINK bus will pick you up at a convenient point and time agreed when you call the booking line.
The latest technology is used to pass these details on to the flexiLINK driver.
flexiLINK is available for everyone in the area (see list of areas below).
You can book this service on the day of departure or you can book in advance (subject to the Call Centre opening times of 07-00 to 17-00 Monday to Friday).
We do ask that you allow at least half an hour before the bus departs.
The flexiLINK service uses modern, easy to use vehicles, with the facility to carry wheelchairs, pushchairs and shopping trolleys.
All our drivers are trained to help passengers with special needs.
