The Bookstart Book Crawl aims to encourage parents to bring their under 4s to their local library and become library members.
Children collect stickers on each visit and can then exchange four stickers for a certificate.

There are ten limited edition certificates to collect, including five brand new designs illustrated by Nick Sharratt, Tony Ross, Jan Ormerod, Claire Mackie and Jane Ray which are lovely keepsakes of children’s earliest years as library members.

The scheme has the potential to generate over one million visits to libraries each year and helps to establish a library habit we hope children will maintain throughout their lives.
