We are committed to bringing the best in great books, good reading and the world of literature right to your doorstep.  Whether you are simply into finding out about books and authors you might want to read; a forum to discuss books; competitions to enter; a place to shout about your reading, or where you can see authors giving talks, this is the local site for you.

Every year our libraries feature promotions designed to attract you to new reading and to new genres. Many of our libraries now also run reading groups, giving you a chance to read books and tell people just what you love and hate about them.

Or maybe you just want to let us know what you think of the books we offer - we are always open to ideas to enable us to promote books and reading in as many different ways and to as many different audiences as we can.
