County Hall Incident Report

Whether you are a visitor, a Councillor or a member of staff we want your time at County Hall to be as trouble-free as possible.  

However, there is always the possibility that your car could be damaged, you might see someone being cruel to wildlife or some other unhappy event might take place whilst you are on our site.  If so, print out the form below to report the matter for further action and investigation and if appropriate, use Directions to County Hall to indicate where the incident occurred.  It helps if all incidents, however insignificant they might seem, are reported in the interest of establishing patterns and identifying offenders.
