The Strategic Procurement Team provides a Strategic Overview of the whole of Worcestershire County Council's Procurement Expenditure

Operationally, Procurement is delegated to Directorates

Responsibilities include:

• Professional Head of the Procurement function in the Council
• Management responsibility for the Corporate Procurement Strategy
• Chairman of the Corporate Procurement Group
• Professional advice, guidance and support to all directorates
• Chairman of the Worcestershire Procurement Partnership
  

Responsibilities include:

• Lead on E-Procurement, Procurement Communication
• Compiles and manages the Corporate Procurement Plan and Contracts Register
• Professional advice, guidance and support to all directorates
