Roland Academy Status for Worcester College of
Technology
Worcester College of Technology is pleased to announce the launch of an excitingnew
partnership withthe Roland Music Academy.
The national Diploma course in Music Technology was launched at the college in 1997
with just 20 students.. It has grown steadily over the last eleven years, and now offers a range of
qualifications to over 100 students. The academy will offer additional qualifications, recognised
within the music industry.
Paul Joyner, Programme Manager of the department said 2This relationship with the
Roland Academy is a positive move in the right direction, which will give the students a better opportunity
to proceed in to Further Education or gain employment in the music industry"
For anyone interested in finding out more about this or any other
music courses there will be an Open Evening on Tuesday 11th November between 5-8pm
