What is a Unit Performance Plan?

The County Council’s corporate planning process is fed by the production of working plans at five levels

· Corporate Plan ………………….County Council strategic priority and policies

· Directorate Performance Plan …Directorate priority and policies

· Unit Performance Plans ………Unit priority and other work

· Team Action Plans………………Team priorities and targets

· Staff Review and Development ..Individual priorities and targets

The content of each of these plans is inter-linked with each feeding the other in upward and downward steps.This Unit Performance Plan sets out our Unit’s broad work priorities and targets and specific key individual team targets for the coming year. It also details the performance targets, which have been set for our areas of work.
