WEEL Group
 |
The Worcestershire Environmental Education Liaison (WEEL) group is made up of representatives of local government and voluntary bodies within the County. Some work with schools throughout Worcestershire. |
All can help schools to provide a comprehensive environmental education for their pupils, whether it be by giving practical help within the school grounds, visiting to speak with pupils or by providing venues for visits. The Liaison Group meet regularly to exchange ideas and expertise in order to improve the quality of support available to schools. Past initiatives have included the 'recycling guide for schools' and a range of environmental awards for schools. Most of the organisations represented in WEEL are included in this list but groups continue to join us. |
