Kit List

Outdoor Clothing and Equipment

All Centre equipment is modern and replaced on a regular basis. Activity elements are inspected by qualified engineers on an annual basis and by our own staff weekly.

A set of waterproofs is issued on arrival so parents need not worry about buying kit. However the following items need to be brought:

• Several warm tops with sleeves
• Fleece jacket
• Track suit bottoms (not jeans)
• Pyjamas
• Socks and underwear for a daily change
• Washing kit and towel
• Hat and gloves in cold weather
• Old trainers for wet activities
• Years 3, 4, 5 & 6 should bring own Wellingtons if available
• Small rucksack, drinks bottle and sandwich box
• Plastic bags to take wet kit home
• Pocket money (small change only)

Jewellery and Valuables

Jewellery, valuables, CD/MP3 players, mobile phones, expensive cameras and expensive designer clothes…. etc should not be brought to the Centre.

The Centre takes no liability for any loss or damage for personal items.

Lost Property

The Centre cannot be held responsible for lost property. All items of value that are found after a group departs are kept for a few weeks before disposal. Please ensure that ALL ITEMS are clearly marked with name of owner.
