Do you want to make a real difference to your environment and work with others to make it happen?
Bishops Wood Centre is offering volunteer opportunities for young people with a passion for the environment. With the generous support of National Grid and V you could spend 6 months learning a variety of skills, experiencing a range of approaches to environmental education, learn practical conservation techniques, woodland management or get involved with the day to day running of a busy environmental centre . The successful volunteers will be expected to complete a qualification during their time with us. This might be a qualification in outdoor learning, ECDL, First Aid, basic food hygiene, woodland management or other appropriate qualification which will be of use in obtaining employment.
