- Children's Services Child's Voice Conference 2009 will be held at Worcester Rugby Club on Friday June 26, 2009 from 9.30am to 4.00pm. The theme for this year's conference is 'communication'. If you are a childcare practitioner and are interested in attending the conference, please visit the Child's Voice webpage.
- Free Childminder Briefing Sessions: If you know you want to become a childminder but are not sure where to begin, book onto our free briefing sessions to find out more.
Please note that all prospective childminders need to attend all three sessions to register as a childminder.
Briefing Session One will be held on Wednesday, July 15 from 7pm to 9pm at the Fairfield Centre, Worcester covering general information and Ofsted requirements.
Briefing Session Two. Sessions can be attended on Wednesday, June 24 from 7pm to 9pm at Droitwich Methodist Church or Wednesday July 22, from 7pm to 9pm at the Fairfield Centre, Worcester and will cover Early Years Foundation Stage awareness.
Briefing Session Three. Sessions can be attended on Saturday, July 11 from 9.30am to 4.30pm at Droitwich Methodist Church or Saturday August 1 from 9.30am to 4.30pm at Perdiswell Young People's Leisure Club and will cover business and marketing.
