Fort Royal Community Primary School

Consultant: Robert Lewin-Jones of Property Services, Worcestershire County Council.

This scheme has now received planning permission. The scheme is now out to tender, with responses due by the end of May 2008. The building works are due to start in  June 2008 . The works are planned for completion on 28 August 2009.

Regency High School

Consultant: Brian Mortimer of Oxford Architects Ltd.

This scheme ihas now received planning permission. Tenders have now been recieved and are currently being checked by colleagues in Property Services. Building works are planned to start in May 2008 . Due to the complexity of the scheme and the difficulties in maintaining the school during this process,  completion in now planned for Novembert 2009

Contractor: Spellor Metcalf Ltd

This scheme is now on site. The works are planned for completion on 28 August 2009.
