Where will you be going to school in September 2008?

Most of the schools in Kidderminster, Stourport and Bewdley will have changed in September 2007. There are no longer any middle schools and instead there are now new primary schools for children from age 4 to 11 and new secondary schools from age 11 to 18.

How will this affect me?

If you are now at a new primary school, you will leave when you are 11 and join a new secondary school until you are 16. For example, if you’re in year 4 this year, you will stay at your existing school until the end of year 6.

If you were in ’re in year 4 last year at Areley Common First School, Lea Street First School, St Barnabas First School or Stone First School you may have moved to a different first school for year 5 and 6.
