Why are we asking these questions?

We are carrying out this survey in order to find out what passengers think of the service and why they use it.  It is important to gain as much feedback from the customers as possible in order to assist with future planning of this and other leisure bus services in the area.

Worcester City - Special flood arrangements

In the event of Worcester City Centre Bridge closing due to flooding, services 31, 33 and 39 that normally use the bridge will be replaced by the following shuttle service as indicated in the "Worcester City Special Flood Shuttle Service Map This is a link to a PDF file. (1.83 MB)".

Services on the East side of the river will operate as normal.

Services 44/44A, 308/310, 363, 417, 420 and 758 will all be diverted via the Southern Link Road.

Service 294 will be diverted via Holt Heath and Ombersley.

If you know the number of your bus service use our quick search facility to display the current bus timetable. Please note, this search is case sensitive.  Use CAPITAL LETTERS when searching for timetables with a letter in the title.  i.e. 10B, 41A, W2 etc.

New Information   Bus service change date

The next major change date for bus services in Worcestershire will be 24th / 25th February 2008.

Information on these changes will be available from 10th February 2008 on our Bus Timetable Changes page.

Evening Buses

Traveline has changed -

The new number for all Traveline enquiries is 0871 200 22 33 (calls from landlines cost 10p per minute).  The website has also changed to www.traveline.info.

The new Traveline SMS service is also operational within Worcestershire.

Simply send your stop code in a text message to 84268 - the next three journeys from your stop will be sent back to you via SMS text.

Details of what the stop codes are can be found at Traveline's website (www.traveline.info) and are also being displayed at various stops throughout the County.

Bus Timetables - Current:
If you want a hard copy of your timetable, it can be printed off here. However, we recommend that you visit the site on a regular basis to ensure that you have the most up-to-date timetable.  If your timetable is about to change, it will be highlighted on the Bus Timetable Changes page (see below).

Bus Timetable Changes:
A list will be provided of all services about to change on any given date.  Advanced copies of the timetables are provided as soon as they are available.  It is on this page that you will find the Bus Bulletin, a detailed breakdown of the bus services due to change on a major change date.

Bus Route Finder:
Search facilities; on your bus service number, from start point to end point and all bus services that operate within your district.

Bus Route Maps:
Maps of certain towns within showing comprehensive route details

Bus Fares:
A guide to general ticket types and the Worcestershire Concessionary Fares scheme.
