THE WYCHAVON DISTRICT covers some 260 square miles of the eastern part of the county of Worcestershire. It extends from an eastern border with Warwickshire and its western boundary is formed by the River Severn and the city of Worcester. In the south, Wychavon commences at the Cotswold boundary with Gloucestershire and extends as far north as the towns of Bromsgrove and Kidderminster.
With a population of 116,900 (mid 2005 estimate) Wychavon is a combination of urban and rural communities and interests. Its three main towns - Droitwich, Evesham and Pershore - and nearly 100 villages, are scattered across a pleasing countryside that is watered by the winding River Avon; edged by the Severn and includes such naturally beautiful features as the Cotswolds' northern edge and the height of Bredon Hill.

One of the major benefits to businesses of being located in Wychavon is its position at the heart of the UK’s transport network. The superb transport infrastructure means that Wychavon is accessible for customers, suppliers and the local workforce.
Wychavon has excellent access to the UK motorway network being within easy reach of the M5, with links to the M4 and M6, and the M40, M42 and M50. From Junction 7 of the M5: -
